This Cancellation Policy applies to transfers and full-day private vehicle tours booked through Taxi Cusco Tours A1 (HILLSTAR GO TRAVEL S.A.C.).
1. Free cancellation
Cancellations communicated 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time of the service are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice
Cancellations communicated with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure described in section 4.
3. No-shows
If the guest does not show up at the agreed meeting point without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations due to force majeure or weather
If the service must be cancelled for reasons beyond either party’s control (road closures, extreme weather conditions, decisions by authorities), we will offer a free rescheduling or a full refund, at the guest’s choice.
5. Cancellations by the company
If Taxi Cusco Tours A1 needs to cancel an already-confirmed service for operational reasons, we will offer the guest the option to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund.
6. How to request a cancellation
Message us on WhatsApp at +51 900 938 460 or email info@taxicuscotoursa1.com, including your booking reference or date.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the booking, within a reasonable timeframe subject to the processing times of the payment provider or booking platform used.
8. Date or time changes
Date or time changes are subject to availability. We recommend notifying us as far in advance as possible.
