These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website taxicuscotoursa1.com and the private transport and tour services provided by HILLSTAR GO TRAVEL S.A.C. (“Taxi Cusco Tours A1”). By booking or using our services, you accept the terms described here.

2. The nature of our services

Taxi Cusco Tours A1 is a private tourist transport company. We offer point-to-point transfers (airport, hotels, train stations) and full-day tours in a private vehicle with driver.

Important: our day tours include private vehicle transport with a driver only. They do not include a professional tour guide, meals, or entrance tickets (BTG, BTP or other admission fees) to archaeological sites, natural attractions or museums, unless expressly stated otherwise in the service description. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own entrance tickets and arranging a guide if desired.

3. Bookings and confirmation

Bookings are made via WhatsApp (+51 900 938 460) or email (info@taxicuscotoursa1.com). Before the service, we confirm the date, time, meeting point, number of passengers and assigned vehicle.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted directly and confirmed before payment.
The price covers the booked transport service (private vehicle with driver); it does not include entrance fees, meals or tips unless specified.
The payment method is agreed with the guest at the time of booking.

5. Guest responsibilities

Be on time at the agreed meeting point.
Carry a valid ID or passport.
Inform us in advance of any changes to the itinerary or number of passengers.

6. Company liability and force majeure

Taxi Cusco Tours A1 is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, road closures, strikes, closure of tourist sites, or decisions by authorities. In these cases, we will coordinate a reasonable rescheduling or solution with the guest.

7. Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are detailed in our Cancellation Policy.

8. Safety and on-board conduct

For safety reasons, passengers must follow the driver’s instructions, wear a seatbelt, and refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol during the transfer.

9. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, logos and other content on this website are the property of HILLSTAR GO TRAVEL S.A.C. or its licensors. Reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior authorization.
