The Pisac ruins are 33 km from Cusco, with Inca agricultural terraces carved into the mountain and panoramic views of the Urubamba river valley. The complex includes a ceremonial sector with a sundial (intihuatana) and remains of what was once one of the largest known Inca cemeteries.

Pisac Market

Pisac's market, in the town square, brings together artisans from nearby communities selling hand-woven Andean textiles, pottery, and silver jewelry. It's liveliest on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, though stalls are open every day.
