We offer private transfers (airport, Ollantaytambo, Sacred Valley) and day tours in a private vehicle with driver, such as Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, Chinchero-Maras-Moray and the South Valley of Cusco.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking airport or train transfers at least 24 hours in advance, and day tours 1-2 days ahead, especially during high season.
Is the vehicle private or shared?
All our transfers and tours use a private vehicle, not shared with other groups, unless otherwise agreed.
Do the tours include a guide?
No. Our day tours are private transportation with a professional driver, without an interpretive guide included. Sites are explored on your own.
What should I bring for a tour in Cusco?
We recommend comfortable clothes, a waterproof jacket, sunscreen, water, and your ID or passport. For high-altitude tours (Rainbow Mountain, Humantay), add warm clothing.
Do the tours include entrance fees or tourist tickets?
No. The Tourist Ticket (BTG/BTP) and entrance fees to sites like Rainbow Mountain or Humantay are purchased separately; we confirm this before you book.
Do you offer airport and train station transfers?
Yes, we cover transfers to Cusco Airport, the Ollantaytambo train station (for Machu Picchu), and the Poroy station.
What difficulty level do the hiking tours have?
It varies by tour: Rainbow Mountain and Humantay Lake are demanding due to altitude (up to 5,200 and 4,200 m); Chinchero-Maras-Moray and the South Valley are low difficulty, with short walks.
